Temporary Receptionist

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Part TimeTemporary Receptionistto join our client’s friendly team based in Hanley. This is a short-term role covering 4-5 weeks, ideal for someone with reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing position.

  • Dates:ASAP till the end of August
  • Shift One 8.30am – 1.15pm
    Shift Two 1pm – 5.30pm


Key Responsibilities of this Receptionist role:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages where necessary
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document scanning
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
