Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Bank Receptionist to support our Surrey OOH service, ensuring patients are welcomed and the centre is prepared for arrivals and visits.

The role offers flexible shifts to cover evenings, nights, and weekends at Haslemere and Cranleigh locations, with opportunities to develop through bespoke CPD training and career progression within a leading NHS services provider.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and open the OOH centre for patients, doctors and nurses' arrival.
• Greet and assist patients in a professional manner following Practice Plus Group guidelines.
• Support smooth reception and admin tasks during night and weekend shifts.

Job description

Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist at our Surrey OOH service to prepare and open a centre for patients, doctors and nurses’ arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group.

Our OOH service is open from 19.00-08.00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you.

The locations for this role are:

Haslemere Community Hospital, Haslemere, GU27 2BJ

Cranleigh Medical Practice, Cranleigh, GU6 8AE
