Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Boundary Outlet - Grantham

Hours: 35 hours a week working 5 days out of 7

Boundary Outlet is a premier retail destination offering exceptional brands at outlet prices. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and our Receptionists play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors.

Role Overview:

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of Boundary Outlet, providing a warm welcome to suppliers, and visitors. You’ll manage our main reception operations efficiently and support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries promptly.
  • Manage visitor logs, appointments, and bookings.
  • Provide information about store departments, events, and promotions to customers.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly and approachable individual with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • A professional and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
