Role Purpose

8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary up to 35K

We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth office environment, and coordinating various administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests and employees.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar receptionist or office management role is ideal, though not critical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
