67 Pall Mall is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for members and their guests, ensuring the highest level of service and addressing enquiries with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have prior reception experience in private members’ clubs or busy, high-profile restaurants, a passion for member experience, impeccable appearance, and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer enquiries and direct members to appropriate facilities.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised reception area and assist with reservations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at 67 Pall Mall.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Receptionist to join a great team of professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career.

The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country.

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £15.16 per hour.

As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon member arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members and their guests. The successful candidate will be confident in handling enquiries as well as instinctively recognise the needs of our members.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a Receptionist role within a private members’ club or busy, high profile, high quality restaurant
• A genuine passion for creating an excellent member experience
• Impeccable appearance, an engaging personality and the ability to remain calm at all times
• The ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs
• Be a natural and confident communicator both face to face and on the telephone
• Be organised and motivated and see tasks through to completion
• Possess an excellent command of the English language
• Be an excellent team player with good administration skills
• Previous experience of online reservation booking systems is highly desirable
• A keen interest in the theatre, arts, current affairs and politics is desirable
