The Role

As our front-line ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, cheerful and preferably has prior experience working in a law firm or with a legal background.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
Maintain a tidy reception area and manage office supplies.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to lawyers and staff as required.

Requirements

️ Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
️ Familiarity with basic legal terminology or administrative procedures in a legal setting is an advantage.
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
️ Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.
️ Pleasant and professional presentation.
