A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST AT AC HOTEL BY MARRIOTT GLASGOW

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day/evenings to include the following.

  • Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
  • Logging issues or requests
  • Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests
  • Completing administration tasks
  • Preparing room bills and taking payment
  • Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow
  • Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar.

To succeed in the role of Front Office Receptionist you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
