A regional NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Receptionist to provide high-quality reception and administration services. The role requires excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate will have OCR Level 3 qualification in Word-processing or Business Administration. This position is vital for ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

The postholder will be responsible for providing a high-quality reception and administration service to support inpatient services based at Bamburgh Clinic and Alnwood. We currently operate a 24-hour, 7 days a week service, which will be reviewed in six months' time.
The postholder will ensure that patients, staff, and visitors are welcomed into the units by competent operation of access, contributing to a safe and secure environment in accordance with Trust policies and procedures. The postholder will be required to liaise with all staff disciplines, patients, and visitors within the service, including external organisations, in the course of the reception function.
