We are two 4-star hotels located within Dundee, featuring a total of 187 bedrooms and suites. Position: Front Office/Reception Team Member

We are seeking an exceptional team member to join our front office/reception team. The role involves ensuring our guests have a memorable stay, from check-in to departure. The working hours are typically between 7 am and 11 pm, totaling 32 hours per week, with days to be confirmed.

This role requires strong IT skills, excellent communication, and adherence to procedures. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and friendly personality are key.
