A dynamic recruitment agency in Dundee is seeking a Receptionist for a temporary maternity cover position. Job Title: Receptionist

Remuneration: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary - Maternity Cover

Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist! Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation at our reception area. Here's what you'll be doing:

Delivering top-notch reception duties, always upholding a professional standard for visitors.
utilising the Vision system to manage patient check-ins and appointments, including physiotherapy bookings.
Handling queries, processing prescription requests, and managing correspondence efficiently.
Ensuring all patient information, including medical history and allergies, is accurately documented.
Upholding confidentiality and adhering to GDPR regulations at all times.
prioritising your workload independently and managing your time effectively.
Collaborating with clinicians and administrative staff for accurate clinical information.
Supporting the practise in maintaining high standards of clinical governance and record-keeping.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
