As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting the smooth running of the home.
The Receptionist role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to the care team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, so excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic personality are essential. The role offers full-time hours with alternating weekends, and the successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.21.
