Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Receptionist for Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and deliver warm, personalised service in a luxury environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with service charge and benefits. Prior front desk experience in a four- or five-star hotel and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office as a receptionist in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient with hotel reservation systems and MS Office; Opera experience is desirable.

What will the role involve?

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

• You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
