What will the role involve?

The role is primarily housekeeping focused, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction, while progressively developing skills and knowledge across Reception and wider hotel operations. Following successful tenure and proficiency within Housekeeping, opportunities will be provided to gain experience within Reception and other operational departments, creating a well-rounded hotel all-rounder capable of supporting multiple areas of the business.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
