EQUANS is looking for a Receptionist to join our team based in Coatbridge, ML5, on a permanent, part-time basis. The role offers 27.25 hours per week with a salary of £11.44 per hour and a benefits package.

Equans is a facilities management team managing the Buchanan Centre on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional individual to represent the company as the first point of contact.

Working within the Buchanan Centre, a North Lanarkshire Council/NHS Lanarkshire property, the receptionist will handle various telephone and face-to-face inquiries from clients and the public. IT literacy is required.

Please note: flexibility in working hours is necessary, with shifts potentially from 3pm to 8pm or 8am to 1:30pm.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous reception experience (preferred)
• Understanding of building operations
• Strong teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
• Experience in facilities management roles

This role requires a Basic DBS check, so the ability to pass is essential.
