We are looking for a Receptionist to join the front of house team at Bread Street Kitchen – St Paul’s. Located in One New Change in the City, this venue boasts a spacious, New York loft-style interior with vintage and modern decor. It offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a globally-inspired menu of Gordon Ramsay dishes.

What you do as a Receptionist:

• Be the first and last point of contact, welcoming guests warmly and maintaining high standards of guest care.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and are served promptly and politely.
• Handle calls, record bookings, and respond to guest emails.
• Build rapport with guests in a friendly yet professional manner.
• Use your organizational, communication, and customer service skills to create memorable guest experiences.
