Receptionist

Location: Covent Garden, London

We have picked up an extremely exciting, varied Receptionist role at a highly impressive and well-known asset management firm. Working in a close-knit team, you will be the go-to person and ensure for the smooth running of the office. Not only this, but you will support the team of EAs with their diaries and travel when they’re away. They are a firm that truly values their employees, so you don’t want to miss out.

Key Tasks will include:

  • Switchboard management

  • Meet and greet visitors

  • Oversightof kitchens,including stocks of fruit/drinks etc and crockery

  • Oversight and distribution of lunch provision

  • Arrangement of couriers, taxis, postal services

  • Invoice management/approval

  • Stationerymanagement

  • Assist in the broader facilities function

Experience and Personality

  • 3 - 5years’ + Reception experience within financial services/professional services environment

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative.

  • Professional yet welcoming

  • Reliable and flexible

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
