Your Role

Aramark Ltd is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at Edinburgh Business Park, Edinburgh, EH12 9SE. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors/clients in a friendly and efficient manner while undertaking administrative duties.

This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week. £9.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting, welcoming, and signing in visitors/clients using the correct security procedures
  • Answering phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Booking taxis following company procedures
  • Managing the service mailbox
  • Booking meeting rooms and hospitality
  • Supporting guests with audio-visual equipment
  • Assisting visitors with concierge services
  • Providing administrative support to clients and visitors
  • Maintaining the standard of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Updating weekly and monthly reports
  • Reporting faults, updating logs, and chasing outstanding issues as a representative of the AEGON property helpdesk
  • Supporting other property service functions as required
  • Participating in company training to improve performance standards
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • High level of administrative skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication
  • Availability to work 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
