You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

Responsibilities of a Receptionist

• Give our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services, and facilities
• Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Take initiative in accommodating guests' needs resourcefully
