Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL

Salary: OTE £13.56 per hour, including tronc

Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days

We are currently looking for a customer-focused Receptionist to join our front of house team.

The front desk at THE PIG is the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything, and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As a Receptionist, you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We seek someone who loves making guests smile daily, with high standards of service and great attention to detail.

Communication is key, as you will answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain communication with all hotel departments.

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio are beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
