IC24 is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy GP practices in Brighton. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and ensure smooth front-desk operations with a focus on confidentiality and excellent service.
You will support patient care by updating records, processing prescriptions, and liaising with hospitals and community services.
