A community leisure trust in Birmingham is looking for a Casual Receptionist at Northfield Leisure Centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing important information and service regarding the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle cash. Job description

Location: Northfield Leisure Centre, Birmingham, B31 2PD

Working Hours:Casual, as and when required covering earlies, days, lates between Monday to Sunday.

Salary:£8.20 to £12.21 per hour

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Casual Receptionists to join the centre.

As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone.In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.

About you

We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment.

You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
