A healthcare practice in Bilston is looking for a dedicated receptionist to ensure efficient service to patients and perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and working in primary care. Responsibilities include managing appointments, clerical support for clinical staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 37.5-hour work week.
This is a 37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
To provide an efficientand friendly service to the practice by answering calls in a professionalmanner and providing an effective service to patients attending theirappointments or when accessing other facilities provided. Offering supportand direction to patients in a courteous manner and making sure that communicationbetween patients, members of the primary health care team and other secondaryagencies is effective.
You will be expectedto undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smoothoperation of the practice, including the provision of clerical support toclinical staff and other members of the practice team. You will need to ensuremedical records are kept up to date and to provide general assistance to thepractice team whilst projecting a positive and friendly image to patients andother visitors either face to face or via telephone
