Working Hours: 4.5 hours, 4pm to 8:30pm Tue / Thu
Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits

Here at Basingstoke Leisure Centre our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team.

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join the centre. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing concise information and service regarding the facility and its offerings. The role involves a high level of customer interaction face to face, via email, and over the telephone. There will also be times when you assist other staff members.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free leisure access with excellent benefits and discounts.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
