We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Reception Year Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community. Duties as a Reception Year Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum

• Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom where children feel valued and inspired

• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, using this to inform future planning

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals

• Foster strong relationships with pupils and their families to support individual development

• Contribute to the wider life of the school through events, trips, and enrichment activities

Ideal Reception Year Teacher:

• Holds QTS and has experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage

• Demonstrates a sound understanding of child development and early learning

• Is creative, energetic, and committed to providing outstanding early years education

• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Reception Year Teacher.

• Is reflective and eager to continually grow in their teaching practice
