Job summary

Travelodge Ilminster is looking for a Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You’ll greet guests, check them in and manage cash and banking processes, with security walks and team support throughout shifts.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive coaching and training are provided. Enjoy a friendly, family feel, flexible working and chances to progress via Aspire and incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable manner with guests.
• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and provide a warm greeting.
• Check guests in and handle payments and cash procedures.
• Participate in regular fire & safety walks and checks.
• Support the wider hotel team as needed.
