We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader for our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel .

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel as a Reception Team Leader .

As a Reception Team Leader , you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.

Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards of exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.

Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365 .

Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
