We are looking for a Reception Team Leader (Welcome Team Leader) to supervise our amazing welcome team, ensuring this prestigious bank remains a market leader for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
The role of the Reception (Welcome) Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Client's business, including visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible, and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to set an example, supervise, and develop a large, diverse team and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential, preferably within a similar environment.
