Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Teaching Assistant, Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for supporting young children in their learning and development.

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support children in the Reception classroom throughout the school day.
• Assist with delivery of early years learning activities.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils.
• Encourage children's communication, social and emotional development.
• Support early literacy, numeracy and phonics learning.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
