Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a three-form entry primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. The role is full-time, long-term, and immediate start, supporting Reception pupils to settle in and develop early learning, communication and social skills alongside the class teacher.

Ideal candidates have experience with primary-aged children, understand play-based learning, and are patient and enthusiastic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school or nursery setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Professional references available.

Responsibilities

• Support children in Reception with early learning and social skills.
• Assist the class teacher with activities and behaviour management.
• Help children settle into school life and participate in play-based learning.
