Reception Teaching Assistant/ EYFS TA – Havering, London. This is a full-time, permanent contract starting October or November 2025. The role involves supporting two Reception classes and assisting teachers across the EYFS setting.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers across two Reception classes.
• Plan activities for small groups and support children with reading, writing, phonics and numeracy.

• Start date: October or November 2025
• Location: Havering, London
• Contract: Full-time, long-term with potential progression to a permanent contract before September 2026
• Salary: £90 - £120 per day (£450-£600 per week)
• Excellent education and training available; teacher training available from September 2026

Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school or knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Ideal candidates may have CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, a relevant degree, or over 1 year of EYFS experience
