SEN Teaching Assistant

Start date: ASAP or September

Location: Two-form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets

Experience: Early Years’ experience preferred

Philosophy Education is currently working with a fantastic primary school in Tower Hamlets. They are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

1. Work closely with a child in Reception with severe Autism, providing 1:1 support.
2. Applicants should demonstrate initiative and a hands-on approach.
3. Previous experience working with children with SEND in a classroom setting is essential.
4. Good knowledge and understanding of Early Years development is required.
5. The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, with good communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
