Are you a passionate Early Years educator with a love for nature and a gift for inspiring young minds? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Randstad is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join a vibrant school in Crawley, starting this September.

About the Role:

This is more than just a teaching position; it's about fostering a curiosity-led approach to learning, incorporating nature forestry, and providing a stimulating environment for our young learners. You will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning of our students through creative, play-based methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
