Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham B16
Day Rate: (Apply online only)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: 01/09/2025
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher or a qualified primary teacher with a passion for Early Years?

A welcoming primary school in Edgbaston (B16) is looking for a Reception Teacher to join their dedicated team from September. This full-year post offers the perfect chance to complete or continue your induction in a nurturing, well-supported environment.

Key Details:

  • Interviews and lesson observations will be scheduled W/C 16/6, 23/6, and 30/6
  • Full induction support provided for ECTs
  • Role spans the full academic year, with the possibility of extension
  • Supportive school environment with experienced mentors

Your Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Foster a caring, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Track and support children's development through observations and assessments
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff and external professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the experienced EYFS team

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs warmly encouraged to apply
