Reception Teacher

Are you a passionate Early Years educator with a love for nature and a gift for inspiring young minds? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Randstad is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join a vibrant school in Oxted, starting this September.

About the Role:

This is more than just a teaching position; it's about fostering a curiosity-led approach to learning, incorporating nature forestry, and providing a stimulating environment for our young learners. You will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning of our students through creative, play-based methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
  • Integrate forest school principles and outdoor exploration into daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
