Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Reception Supervisor, to assist the Reception Manager, at this stunning South Devon Hotel, near Kingsbridge.

The Reception Supervisor will be working alongside the Reception Manager to ensure that all guest needs are met to the high standard required by the hotel, coordinating with all front of house colleagues to ensure our guests’ expectations are always exceeded.

Under the direction of the Reception Manager, you will assist in achieving the goals and targets set by maximising Occupancy / Room Rates, by maintaining and building upon the reputation of the hotel, and by ensuring that business objectives are accomplished. You will also oversee and direct a team of highly skilled Receptionists while ensuring that guest needs are met to the highest standards.
