Reception Supervisor, 12 months FTC – London – up to £38,000

Location: London

COREcruitment is working with a client based in Central London who is looking for a Reception Supervisor for a 12-month contract!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Reception Services: Oversee the operation of Reception Services.
  • Team Rota Management: Review the team rota to ensure consistent service and adequate coverage at all sites at all times.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and organize resources to meet daily workload requirements effectively.
  • Team Direction and Coaching: Provide daily direction and coaching to the Reception Services Team to ensure five-star service is delivered in accordance with Portico standards to all staff and visitors.
  • Operational Support: Offer operational support to the team to maintain service levels during peak periods.
  • Security Awareness: Ensure the teams are security-conscious, adhering to security procedures, and maintaining an effective working relationship with the Security Team.
  • Delegation and Development: Delegate tasks to foster development and instil a sense of ownership and responsibility within the team, working collaboratively and building strong relationships.
  • Project Participation: Participate in and/or lead projects as directed.
