Portico is currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City.
The investment bank and financial services company are a flagship location for Portico! The team takes pride in being the service partner selected to deliver front-of-house services, with a can-do, flexible approach, relishing the opportunity to keep raising the bar and exceeding expectations.
Daily, the Reception Supervisor will understand the client’s vision of exceeding expectations through intuitive service, careful planning, and faultless standards. Team motivation, pride, and engagement are essential to exceeding our client’s expectations, and the Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring these are maintained.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am and 7pm, with occasional late cover until 9pm.
Salary: £41,422
Experience in supervising a team of at least 10 people, covering all first-line aspects such as absence, holiday, and rota management, is important for the successful candidate. It is also expected that candidates will have knowledge of exceptional service and be able to demonstrate leadership in delivering these services within previous roles.
Candidates will preferably have experience working in customer service, within a high-end corporate or hotel environment.
