Job summary

Evolv Collection is seeking a passionate Reception Supervisor for Skylon at Southbank Centre, London. You will support the front-of-house team, handle calls and reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout service.

• Previous front-of-house or supervisory experience preferred.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a passionate and guest-centric Reception Supervisor to join our team at Skylon. You'll be a key member of our front-of-house team, supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. You'll support the Reception Management team in managing calls, enquiries, and reservations with grace and efficiency, while also stepping up to lead in their absence. With your warmth and charm, you'll build lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant.
