The role

As Reception Supervisor at THENICI, a vibrant boutique hotel with a beach‑club‑meets‑spa concept, you’ll be the first warm face guests encounter—and the leader watching over the reception and switchboard team. Operating in a high‑energy, service‑led environment, you'll ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and has a seamless stay

Main Responsibilities

Lead & motivate the front desk team: Supervise all shifts, support colleagues in check‑in/out procedures, reservation handling, and guest inquiries

Deliver five‑star experiences: Uphold NICI’s premium service ethos – anticipate and resolve guest needs, manage complaints professionally, and craft memorable stays .

Training & development: Mentor new staff, oversee induction, deliver ongoing coaching and refresher training to maintain standards

Team coordination: Maintain strong communication with Housekeeping, Concierge, Spa, F&B, maintenance, and management for smooth guest journeys

Maintain SOPs & feedback loops: Keep front desk SOPs updated, perform shift handovers, gather and act on guest feedback

Proven supervisory experience (1–3 years) in boutique or 4*–5* hotels, preferably within a front‑office environment

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Well‑versed in PMS tools like Opera/Fidelio; confident in Excel, Word & Outlook .

Passionate about hospitality with a natural flair for creating guest‑first experiences
