• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for guests arriving at the hotel.
• Manage check-ins efficiently, especially during busy periods.
• Handle various enquiries from guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and prioritise guest satisfaction.
