An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception Phase Lead to teach, lead, inspire and support the EYFS team at Ward End Primary School.
We are seeking an experienced, talented, and professional leader who shares our vision of high aspirations and achievement with a passion for learning. You will be innovative and creative in your teaching and be a strong team player able to motivate others to your high expectations. We are a Reading School - you will have a passion for reading and developing this fully within the curriculum and more widely. Half a day weekly is allocated as phase leader time to work alongside colleagues coaching for success. Additional non-contact time is determined along school priorities.
Ward End is a 4-form Primary School with a 52 place Nursery (26 am/ 26 pm). EYFS is supported by Early Years AHT who you will work closely with to develop high standards.
What we are looking for:
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
