Reception / Office Assistant

We’re working on a standout opportunity to join the newly established London office of a global investment firm. THE ROLE:
You’ll be the face and heartbeat of the office—welcoming guests with confidence, creating a polished first impression, and supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly. Working closely with the Office Manager and senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings and managing meeting rooms
  • Calendar management and travel bookings across multiple time zones
  • Handling expense reports and invoice processing
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials
  • Assisting with internal events and general office coordination
  • Answering and routing calls and enquiries
  • Supporting with ad hoc admin and operational tasks
