Location – Winchester SO23
Contract – Temporary, week-by-week cover
Hours – Full time 35 hours per week, 8:30am start Monday 9am other days
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for an organised and approachable
Reception & Office Administrator to provide short-term, week-by-week temporary cover supporting a busy
Facilities Management team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, while keeping the day-to-day office and building operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone and email queriesManage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth handlingCarry out regular building inspections, reporting or resolving any maintenance, H&S, or supply issuesBook and organise meeting spaces and office areas, arranging furniture and hospitality as requiredMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders when stock is lowSupport office moves, installations, and other facility-related projectsLiaise with contractors and service providers, escalating any issues with quality or deliverySupport administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing shared mailboxesAssist with booking in goods, processing orders and invoices, and receipting deliveriesProvide cover for other facilities admin team members as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a reception, office administration or facilities support roleConfident communicator with a friendly, professional mannerGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quicklyOrganised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasksComfortable handling visitors and coordinating suppliers or contractorsReliable and flexible, able to provide cover at short noticeIf you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
