Whether you’re a training nut, regular raver, lively Londoner, or just have a cheeky rebellious streak… you’ll already know all about Gymbox. And if you don’t? You’re in for one sweaty ride. With nine locations and just warming up, we’re not your run-of-the-treadmill gym. We’re the ones who brought the craziest classes, best gear, sexiest clubs, and most challenging workouts to the capital. So, imagine what we could do for your work life…

Meet the Reception Team

Our Reception team is at the heart of everything we do, known for their energy, atmosphere, and cheeky personality. They are the first to greet members, create a lively vibe, and inspire everyone to enjoy their workout experience. Whether arriving early or staying late, our team consistently delivers excellence.

What will you be getting up to as Member Experience Lead?

  • Help us build, strengthen, and inspire the Member Experience team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
  • Maintain high standards and ensure member satisfaction
  • Manage reception systems and processes efficiently
  • Motivate your team to achieve retail sales targets
  • Represent Gymbox positively and passionately

What we’re after

We value team leadership, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Excellent communication, punctuality, and a strong team ethic are essential. No extensive experience is required as we provide training. You should also be able to work the following shifts:

  • Early: 5:30 – 14:30
  • Mid: 11:00 – 20:00
  • Late: 14:15 – 23:15
