The Role:

As Reception Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of guest
arrivals, bookings, and first impressions. You will lead a small host team,
ensuring each guest receives a warm, elegant, and efficient welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    the reservations system, guest list, and special requests with accuracy
    and attention to detail.
  • Welcome
    guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth arrivals and
    departures.
  • Oversee
    host team recruitment, training, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate
    with FOH and Events teams to ensure full visibility of VIPs, occasions,
    and floor plans.
  • Uphold
    the highest standards of communication and guest service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven
    experience in a host or reception role, ideally as a Head Host or
    Reception Manager in a premium restaurant.
  • Warm,
    professional, and confident communicator with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience
    using restaurant reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable.
