  • Maintain and improve front-of-house systems including guest welcome, signage, digital displays and concierge-level services.
  • Own the preparation of manager packs for events, conferences and match days, ensuring all materials and logistics are ready.
  • Handle deliveries, collections and venue access with oversight and professionalism.
  • Continuously review and enhance guest experience standards, bringing forward suggestions for improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • A confident and experienced leader who thrives on delivering exceptional hospitality and building strong relationships across teams and departments.
  • A natural communicator, capable of coordinating across multiple departments to ensure all front-of-house operations are integrated, efficient and guest-focused.
  • Someone who can stay calm under pressure, delegate effectively and manage competing priorities with grace and precision.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Delphi software and reading Function Sheets/BEOs. (Desired but not essential)
  • Previous experience managing a reception team within events, hospitality, or a similar high-profile environment. (Desired but not essential)
