What We Are Looking For :

  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Supervisor in a hotel is beneficial but not essential.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining brand standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on developing and motivating the reception team.
  • The ability to stay calm and composed during busy periods and challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reservation systems such as Opera, MARSHA, or OnQ.
