Job summary

Village Hotel Club in Portsmouth is seeking a Reception Manager to lead a busy reception team and ensure guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out.

You will manage guest interactions, supervise frontline staff, and work with modern hotel technologies to deliver a flawless guest experience. The role requires leadership, a proactive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reception operations and ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Motivate and manage the reception team to stay on point and proactive.
• Interact with guests using our latest technology and systems.
