We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Reception Manager to oversee our small team at a firm of chartered accountants in the city.
This hands-on role offers the opportunity to influence our culture by reviewing, creating, and implementing SOPs and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service.
It is essential that every visitor receives a consistent, first-class experience. The Reception Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager, Receptionist team, and clients to innovate and exceed guest expectations.
The role includes overseeing the booking and management of 13 client meeting rooms and acting as the primary on-site contact for our client as the most senior Portico team member.
Shift pattern: 40 hours/week, shifts between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £36,000 per annum.
