Job Description
Portico is looking for a Reception Manager who is organized, customer-focused, and full of personality to oversee our ground floor reception team based in a city building.
The successful candidate will oversee a small team of Receptionists, implementing personal development plans for each. They will also enhance service standards through SOPs, KPIs, audit scores, and customer feedback, all aligned with the Portico service habits.
The Reception Manager will demonstrate effective rota management, strategic planning of team holidays, and mitigating against sickness and other absences.
Additionally, the Reception Manager will be the main point of contact for welcome services, community engagement, and front-of-house services provided in the building.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary: £38,000
Qualifications
Candidates must have customer service experience, preferably within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment.
Supervisory or management experience is essential.
